OUR STORY

After being one of the thousands of unconstitutionally imprisoned Americans who spent many years in prison filing creditable constitutional claims in the courts to no avail, the founders of Motion for True Justice have experienced and learned that the judicial system is not what it is supposed to be. In their efforts to prove to the courts they were wrongfully convicted and imprisoned, they spent thousands of hours studying criminal and constitutional law in their prison cells and in the law library, but they were shafted by six different judges. While imprisoned the founders also helped and witnessed other prisoners who filed equally credible claims get the finger as well. Using Supreme Court precedent and the law, these many credible claims proved to the higher courts that the lower courts opinions were unreasonable, irrational, and erroneous, but in every instance they continued to get any relief denied and was forced to be kept in prison. The actions by all these horrible, unjust judges is what spurred the founders into creating Motion for True Justice.

After years of being screwed over by the courts, the founders have developed a way to ensure judges, prosecutors, law enforcement officers, and defense attorneys will be held accountable for violating constitutional rights and not abiding by their oath of office. Many of these public servants have taken an oath of office that they fail to live by and there is no accountability to their actions. These officials will continue to act this way until someone holds them accountable. That is why Motion for True Justice was established. Our goal is to exercise our freedom of press by publicly exposing these unfair and biased officials so they will do their jobs correctly like they swore to do when they took office or face impeachment or public censure, resulting in true justice being had by all.
