How Motion for True Justice Works

STEP 1: Pick a Plan

Select the Protection Plan that best fits your needs. Our affordable prepaid plans will provide you with the best legal protection in the event you are accused of a crime.

  • Basic Protection Plan: Provides full legal protection from first police contact all the way through jury trial verdict. ($50/Month).
  • Moderate Protection Plan: Provides full legal protection from first police contact all the way through direct appeal ($100/Month).
  • Maximum Protection Plan: Provides full legal protection from first police contact all the way through the final stages of federal post conviction relief ($200/Month).

STEP 2: Download Our App

At the touch of a button, our member have immediate access to:

  • Live face-to-face attorneys 24 hours a day.
  • Attorney reviews and bios.
  • The ability to upload and review case documents.
  • Notifications for appointments, court dates, and other important case information.

STEP 3: Tap the “Contact Attorney” Link

If our members are ever confronted by police, or suspected of a crime or traffic violation, it is always best to never answer questions without legal representation present.

  • At the touch of a button from our app or website, members will have 24-hour immediate face-to-face access with the best attorneys in your area.
  • If warranted, an attorney will be summoned to the scene within 30 minutes.
  • Our crime scene experts will also respond to the scene of any crime our members are suspected of committing.

STEP 4: Receive a Superior Defense

If the on-call attorney was unable to squash the legal issue during their first contact, members will be assigned an attorney who specializes in the charges held against them.

  • If our members are taken to jail, our attorneys will make it their number one priority to get the members out of jail as soon as possible.
  • Our crime scene experts and investigators will go to work to ensure all evidence and facts of the case are true and that there is no unreasonable evidence or facts that support the often incorrect theories of the prosecution and law enforcement.
  • Our first objective is to use the findings of our investigation to compel the court and/or prosecution to dismiss the charges based upon a lack of evidence to convict beyond a reasonable doubt.
  • If the court denies our motion to dismiss the charges, and the evidence does not support a jury conviction, our attorneys will recommend a jury trial.
  • If there is enough evidence to support a jury conviction, we will discuss plea bargain options with the member and the prosecution.
